Interactive Workshops
Students don’t just watch... They participate!
Following the post-show Q&A with actors, Theater Wheel also offers optional workshops that let students and community participants dive into the creative process by exploring acting, movement, and mask work while encouraging self-expression, collaboration, and imagination.

Mask creation
Students design and build their own theatrical mask while exploring how masks bring characters to life on stage. Participants take their masks home as a creative keepsake. Creating a mask makes imagination come to life.
Movement and physical storytelling
Students explore how movement, gesture, and body language can be used to communicate stories and emotions without relying on words. Fewer screens, more creativity, and real connection.

Introductory acting skills
Students practice foundational acting techniques while learning how voice, expressions, and emotion shape a performance. Empowering students to find their voice.
Q&A with actors
Post-show talkbacks allow students to engage directly with the actors and explore how stories and characters are created. These conversations invite students to reflect on the story, theater, and themselves. Sparking students’ curiosity through real conversations with artists.
